    WHAT HAPPENED?

Courtois took centre stage during Real Madrid's exhilarating 1-1 draw with bitter local rivals Atletico Madrid. The Belgian had been booed throughout the game due to his past with the Rojiblancos. Following Eder Militao's opener, the goalkeeper was seen egging on Atletico fans, who proceeded to throw objects at the 32-year-old. The match was then temporarily suspended before the game was resumed after the fans had calmed down. After the restart, Courtois seemed to pick up an injury which has now been confirmed by Real Madrid.
